Cub Scouts! Do Your Best! Do Your Best!

Cub Scouting is a chance to be a part of something fun! First graders through fifth graders will all find exciting challenges appropriate for their age.

Scouts learn by doing! Pack 150 holds regular events so that boys get out and learn while having fun! Of course we get out and hike, but you can also look forward to camping in a tent, cooking your own meals on a campfire, building and racing a Pinewood Derby car and more! All of this is done with the Pack or your Den, which is a smaller group of around eight boys, all in the same grade.

Cub Scouts is part of the national Boy Scouts of America program and there is information about the program and information for parents.

Build Your Adventure!

Every year, Cub Scouts work towards earning a new rank.

  • Tiger, First Grade
  • Wolf, Second Grade
  • Bear, Third Grade
  • Webelos, Fourth Grade
  • Arrow of Light, Arrow of Light

Cubs earn their rank by earning seven Adventures, some required and some electives. These Adventure loops and pins are a great way to help fulfill the aims of Scouting—build character, develop citizenship, and encourage mental and physical fitness.

Keeping track of all of these Cub Scout is hard, let alone communicating with all of the parents and keeping track of all of those fun events! To help with this, we use Scoutbook to help with all of this!

When your boy joins, you will be sent an email to join ScoutBook. You will be able to track your boy’s progress as well as RSVP for upcoming events and receive updates and reminders about all of our activities.
